Having a young family ourselves we appreciate how lucky we are with regards to our health and we try not to take things for granted.  Not all families are as fortunate though which is why the support of Julia's House is invaluable.

The aim of Julia’s House is to maximise and enrich the quality of life for children and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions. They provide support from diagnosis to death and beyond for the whole family. They offer multi-disciplinary end of life care in their hospice building or in the family home.

They are already supporting families in their own homes in south Wiltshire and the need has been greater than they imagined. By opening a dedicated children’s hospice in the heart of the county Julia's House will be able to reach families all over Wiltshire.

We contacted Julia's House in early 2015 to offer our support, wherever needed, to help publicise their work and the fundraising campaign for their new Wiltshire hospice which is to be located in Devizes.

So far we have photographed a number of events including the Carols by Candlelight Concert at Wimborne Minster in December 2015, the preparations for the Hospice to Hospice Cycle Ride in June 2016 and the promotional activity for the 2016 Christmas fundraising campaign.

We've been honoured to have met some truly inspirational and courageous families since 2015 and we look forward to helping wherever we can in the future.
